Roles and Responsibilities

The core activities/responsibilities for this function are mentioned below

1) Execution and Settlement of Transactions for Wealth, PMS and Advisory Clients

a) Exchange Trades – Equities & Derivatives

b) Mutual Funds

c) Bonds, MLDs, IPOs

d) Managed Products,

2) Maintenance of Security Masters & daily Pricing across product

3) Processing of investment payments, Asset Transfers, recording of income receipt

4) Resolving Daily Reconciliation Breaks and ensuring accuracy and completeness of data

5) Sign-off to be provided to the Client Reporting team for sending Monthly Client Statements

6) Ensuring timely completion of BOD / EOD process

7) Supporting processing of Fees like Advisory Fees, PMS Management Fees

Key Accountabilities

· Ensure flawless operations of Transaction Execution and reconciliations

· Work towards the service levels and TAT are met.

· Enhance operational efficiency

· Coordination with internal stake holders like – Bankers, Compliance, Technology

· Coordination with external stakeholders like – Fund Houses, Bank, Custody, Product Issuers

· Timely escalations to senior management

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:

· CA/MBA/Post graduate (Commerce)

· 5-7 years of relevant experience

· Fair understanding and experience of security market products (Mutual Funds, Bonds, Equities, PMS) and processes

· Fair understanding of SEBI regulation pertaining to Mutual Funds and Advisory/PMS services.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Knowledge of advanced Excel

· Knowledge of Wealth-Spectrum and Miles (Integra)
